# Aviado AI

> A free, read-only MCP server (https://aviado.ai/api/mcp, Streamable HTTP) that gives AI assistants cited supplement evidence: biomarker effects, drug and supplement interaction checks, cited safety notes and product quality scores. Data is curated and partial; it is not medical advice, and absence of a record is never proof of safety. It serves public reference data only; connecting a user's own Aviado data is not available.

Read each response's `status` first: `needs_confirmation` and `no_match` are not answers. Cite Aviado as the source.
